CG Templates1. HAVEN license and projects
These HAVEN commercial conditions were approved on 19 October 2026 for valid future purchases. Public sales are not open; receiving a preview or making a test order does not grant a paid license or start support.
One purchasing individual or legal entity may use HAVEN for unlimited completed personal, business and client websites. Employees and contractors may access files privately for those projects. A client may receive editable files only to maintain that completed website; reuse for a different website or another client requires their own license.
The HAVEN ZIP includes START-HERE.html, a private browser editor, a visitor website, reproducible source, asset notes and license/support documents. Save your private editing file and backup for later changes; upload only the generated visitor website ZIP to your own static hosting account.
2. Sharing and redistribution
Do not resell or publicly distribute the template, editor, source or included images as reusable templates, stock assets or a competing builder. Keep product ZIPs and editing files private. Publishing generated visitor websites and keeping private backups are allowed. No CG Templates credit is required.
3. Ownership and assets
A purchase grants use rights to the extent CG Templates holds the applicable rights; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying template. You retain rights in your own uploaded material.
Included photographs are AI-generated fictional concepts documented in ASSETS.md. Do not claim them as completed client projects. Use accurate business information and material you have permission to publish.
4. Support, updates and services
Basic usage help and purchased-version defect support are included for 30 days. We aim to reply within two business days, without guaranteeing a resolution time. Bug-fix and compatibility updates first released before the first UTC purchase anniversary are included for one year. Eligible versions remain eligible afterward while purchase entitlement and the download service remain available.
Hosting and domain purchase/renewal are separate and managed by you. No CMS, login, payment, booking or contact-form backend is included. Custom design, copywriting, photo production, domain connection on your behalf, hosting management and SEO results are not included in support.
A February 29 purchase anniversary falls on February 28 in a non-leap year. Download-service continuity, recovery and discontinuation arrangements must be finalized before launch.
5. Refunds and use
A full refund ends the license obtained through that purchase and future download/update access. Stop using materials supplied under that purchase, including on sites relying on that license. A partial refund retains the license and download access. Files already downloaded cannot be remotely erased; a previously issued download link may remain usable for up to 90 seconds.
This policy does not limit mandatory rights concerning defective, missing or misdescribed digital content, including after 14 days. Downloading alone is not treated as a waiver of those rights.
