CG Templates is operated by Carraway & Gatsby Corporation, a Delaware C Corporation. Our customer correspondence mailing address is 1111B S Governors Ave #54809, Dover, DE 19904, United States. This is a mailing address; it is not described as a customer-facing office.
The intended launch offering is website templates for service and product promotion, for individuals and businesses. Storefront templates are a future product direction. Each product listing must describe the actual contents, supported platforms and versions, prerequisites and demo.
HAVEN is an English, responsive one-page website for interior stylists and small design studios. Edit copy, photographs and alt text, brand colors, contact details and SEO in the supplied browser editor. No coding or CG Templates editor subscription is required.
Hosting and domain purchase/renewal are separate and managed by you. No CMS, login, payment, booking or contact-form backend is included. Custom design, copywriting, photo production, domain connection on your behalf, hosting management and SEO results are not included in support.

2. Accounts and eligibility
The intended launch flow requires registration and sign-in before purchase. Registration is planned to request an email address and password only. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and using an email address you control. If you buy for a business, you must have authority to act for that business.

Older email-link purchases remain separate and are not automatically transferred by matching an email address. Social sign-in is under consideration, not confirmed.]

3. Prices, taxes and payment
HAVEN is USD 49, a one-time purchase. This price is approved for the planned launch; public checkout and real payments remain disabled. Other example product prices remain for review.
The owner's preferred approach is to calculate applicable tax separately at checkout where permitted. Required tax-inclusive price displays and the total payable amount must be shown at the stage required by applicable law, before the customer confirms payment. A checkout-only tax statement does not replace required earlier price disclosure.
Stripe is the intended payment processor. A checkout completion screen alone is not confirmation of a paid purchase; access depends on verified payment. Payment processing, tax collection and regional availability are not approved for launch by this draft.

4. Digital delivery and purchase history
The HAVEN ZIP includes START-HERE.html, a private browser editor, a visitor website, reproducible source, asset notes and license/support documents. Save your private editing file and backup for later changes; upload only the generated visitor website ZIP to your own static hosting account.
Eligible purchases are intended to appear in the buyer's account. The purchased download version and included updates remain available for redownload without a fixed time limit while that purchase remains eligible. New updates first archived before the first UTC anniversary of the verified purchase time are included without an additional fee; later updates are not automatically included. Expiry of the update period does not remove already included versions. A full refund ends future download access.

5. License and external services
A template purchase grants permission to use the template under the License page; it does not transfer ownership of the template's intellectual property. Personal, commercial and client website projects are permitted without a limit on the number of websites. Reselling or redistributing the template itself is prohibited.
You arrange and pay for your own domain, hosting and required external services, including their accounts and configuration. Necessary tools, subscriptions and compatibility requirements must be disclosed in the product listing. A template purchase does not include a separate hosting, website-editor or custom-development service.
One purchasing individual or legal entity may use HAVEN for unlimited completed personal, business and client websites. Employees and contractors may access files privately for those projects. A client may receive editable files only to maintain that completed website; reuse for a different website or another client requires their own license.

6. Support and updates
Basic support is included for 30 days after purchase for installation guidance, basic editing guidance and template defects. Support is offered in English and Korean, primarily English. Our target for an initial response is within two business days, measured in US Pacific Time. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. This is an initial-response target, not a guaranteed resolution time.
Bug-fix and compatibility-improvement updates are included for one year after purchase without an additional fee. Supported environments must be identified in each product listing; this is not a promise of compatibility with every platform or all future versions. Continued redownload access does not mean updates are included indefinitely.
The support and update periods do not shorten any non-excludable statutory rights or remedies.
7. Refunds and mandatory rights
Before downloading any purchased files, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. After downloading, change-of-mind refunds are not offered under our voluntary policy; defects or material differences from the product description are reviewed manually. Mandatory cancellation rights and remedies remain unaffected, including where legally required consent or confirmation was not obtained. Email contact@cgcorp.io from your purchase account email with your order reference. Refunds return through the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
A full refund ends the license obtained through that purchase and future download/update access. Stop using materials supplied under that purchase, including on sites relying on that license. A partial refund retains the license and download access. Files already downloaded cannot be remotely erased; a previously issued download link may remain usable for up to 90 seconds.
Nothing in these draft policies excludes or limits rights, remedies, guarantees or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. The stated support, update and refund-request periods do not replace mandatory rights.

8. Questions and disputes

Delaware law is the owner's provisional choice for governing law, subject to mandatory protections that may apply to a consumer. Incorporation in Delaware does not itself settle every applicable-law question.
