These conditions are approved for valid future HAVEN purchases. Public sales remain closed. Test orders use no real money.
Before downloading any purchased files, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. After downloading, change-of-mind refunds are not offered under our voluntary policy; defects or material differences from the product description are reviewed manually. Mandatory cancellation rights and remedies remain unaffected, including where legally required consent or confirmation was not obtained. Email contact@cgcorp.io from your purchase account email with your order reference. Refunds return through the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
Requests are reviewed by a person; there is no automatic refund approval or rejection based on download records. A prepared access link does not prove that a download started or completed. Missing or incomplete history is not treated as proof against the customer. Earlier purchases keep their purchase-time terms.
2. Requesting and receiving your refund
Send your order reference from the email used for the purchase so we can verify ownership. Before download, no reason is needed. After download, describe the defect or difference from the product description, with the version and steps to reproduce if available. Do not send passwords, login links or card details.
We aim to reply within two business days. This is not a guaranteed bank credit or resolution deadline. Requests outside 14 days involving defects, missing files, duplicate charges or misdescribed content are handled in accordance with applicable rights.
3. License and download access
A full refund ends the license obtained through that purchase and future download/update access. Stop using materials supplied under that purchase, including on sites relying on that license. A partial refund retains the license and download access. Files already downloaded cannot be remotely erased; a previously issued download link may remain usable for up to 90 seconds.
A fully refunded order remains in purchase history as Refunded. A partial refund retains eligible download access; it does not remove any refund or remedy owed under this policy or applicable law.
4. Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit mandatory rights concerning defective, missing or misdescribed digital content, including after 14 days. Downloading alone is not treated as a waiver of those rights.
Sales regions and remaining legal disclosures will be finalized before public sales open. These commercial choices do not constitute a completed review of every jurisdiction.
